VSTO Outlook installer - Office PIAs
One more thing to add - to install the Office PIAs as a part of your VSTO solution you should unpacked it first and install the MSI only. I've tested my installer a bit and looks like it's working almost as it should be - the problem is how to check if Office PIAs are installed... I will post the solution later.
